Chocolate Dipped Nutty Cones.

Easily transform a plain sugar cone into an ice cream parlor delight with this simple recipe.

Chocolate Dipped Nutty Cones

1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate or Milk Chocolate Morsels
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
12 sugar cones
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts or sprinkles
DREYER'S or EDY'S® SLOW CHURNED® Light Ice Cream (any flavor)
  1. Line baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Microwave chocolate morsels and oil in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; STIR. If morsels retain some of their original shape, microwave at additional 10 to 15-second intervals, stirring just until melted.
  3. Dip cones 1 1/2-inches into melted chocolate. Use side of bowl to remove excess. Roll edge in nuts. Invert onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. Store covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Makes 12.
