Creamy
Butterscotch Pudding Tarts
- 1 1/3 cups whole milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 (3-ounce) package butterscotch instant pudding
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 graham cracker tart
shells, prepared
- Additional peanuts and
brown sugar, as desired
- Combine sour cream and
milk together in large mixing bowl. Add pudding mix, nuts and
brown sugar.
- Pour mixture into tart
shells and sprinkle with additional crushed peanuts and/or brown
sugar for garnish, if desired. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
