Simple and basic, old-fashioned
vanilla rice pudding.

Rice Pudding
- 3 cups cooked rice
3 cups milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine rice, milk, sugar
and butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 30 minutes,
stirring often. Add vanilla.
- Pour into serving dish.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes 6 servings.
