rice pudding using instant rice and a pudding mix.

Chocolate Rice Pudding
- 4 cups chocolate milk
1 (4 serving size) package Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding Mix (cooked
type, not instant)
1 cup instant rice
- In a medium saucepan,
gradually stir milk into pudding mix. Stir in rice; cook over
medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil, stirring frequently.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Pour into bowl or individual
dessert dishes. Cover surface with plastic wrap.
- Serve warm or chilled
topped with whipped cream, if desired.
Makes 10 servings.
Variation: Prepare as directed.
Cool to room temperature. Stir in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
or chopped walnuts.
