Frosty, fruity and fun dessert pizza your family will love.

Frosty Fruit Pizza

1 1/2 cups cake flour
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 cup granulated sugar - divided use
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup (14 large) strawberries, sliced
1 (14 to16-ounce) can pineapple tidbits or chunks, juice drained and 2 teaspoons reserved
1 (11-ounce) can Mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  1. Mix together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, egg, baking soda and salt. Press into a 12-inch round, greased pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350°F (175°F). Cool in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, remaining sugar and reserved 2 teaspoons pineapple juice. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Arrange prepared fruit over the crust and filling and serve.
