An easy cheesecake pie topped with fresh sliced bananas and peaches. Tip: Top with other fresh fruit or pie filling, as desired.

Fruit-Topped Cheesecake

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 banana, sliced
1 peach, sliced
  1. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs and mix until well blended. Pour into a 9-inch graham cracker pie crust.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  3. Let set at room temperature to cool down before refrigerating.
  4. Chill for 3 hours before topping with sliced banana and sliced peach.

Makes 10 servings.
