These frozen fruity yogurt
squares make a refreshing summertime dessert.

Frozen Yogurt
- 1 (1/4-ounce) envelope
unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups fresh fruit puree
1 (16-ounce) carton vanilla yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- In small saucepan, sprinkle
gelatin over cold water; allow to stand 5 minutes. Stir over
low heat until gelatin dissolves. Combine with puree; stir into
yogurt. Add sugar to taste.
- Pour into 9-inch square
pan; freeze until almost firm. Coarsely chop mixture; spoon into
chilled bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth; freeze.
Makes 5 servings.
Note: Can also be frozen
in ice cream freezer according to manufacturers directions.
