
These pink grapefruit and
yogurt pops are so good and refreshing...both you and your kids
will want one for breakfast! Go ahead, indulge yourselves!
Grapefruit
and Yogurt Pops
- 2 cups plain, low-fat
yogurt
- 2 cups pink grapefruit
sections
- 1 teaspoon grapefruit
zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon or orange
extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Combine all ingredients
in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Pour into
popsicle molds and freeze.
Makes 8 (2.5 ounce) pops.
