La Culinaire

2 cups fresh whole strawberries with stems attached
2 ounces brandy
2 ounces white chocolate
Wax paper
  1. Using a small basting syringe, gently inject strawberries with brandy until each berry will hold no more liquid.
  2. In the top of a double boiler melt white chocolate.
  3. Holding the strawberries by the stems, dip one at a time into the chocolate. Place stem side down onto wax paper; chill for 1 hour.

Makes 8 servings.
