An easy sundae parfait!
Scoops of vanilla ice cream layered with pure maple syrup and
salted peanuts and topped with a dollop of sweetened whipped
cream.
Maple
Nut Parfaits
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
4 teaspoons chopped salted peanuts
- Sweetened whipped cream
- Alternate layers of ice
cream and maple syrup in 4 parfait glasses ending with ice cream.
- Top each parfait with
chopped nuts and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Serve immediately or hold
in freezer until serving time
