Peanut
Butter Banana Chocolate Pops
- 1 cup milk
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chocolate
syrup or powdered drink mix, or to taste
1 large banana
2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup miniature candy coated chocolate pieces
- 4 (5-ounce) or 6 (3-ounce)
paper cups
- Wooden ice cream sticks
- Place milk, chocolate
syrup or drink mix, banana and peanut butter in blender. Cover
and process on high power until smooth.
- Divide half of chocolate
pieces among paper cups.
- Pour half of milk mixture
into cups; sprinkle with remaining chocolate pieces. Chill remaining
milk mixture.
- Freeze cups for one hour
or until slushy. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate pieces and
pour remaining milk mixture into cups; insert wooden stick in
center. Freeze until firm.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
