2 cups crushed pretzels
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 envelopes dry dessert topping mix
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powedered sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
2 (21-ounce) cans cherry pie filling
- In a separate bowl combine pretzels, sugar and butter. Press 1/2 of the mixture on the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch cake pan.
- In another bowl beat cream cheese, dessert topping mix, powdered sugar and evaporated milk until smooth. Spread half of creamed mixture over pretzel mixture. Top with cherry pie filling and remaining creamed mixture. Sprinkle remaining pretzel mixture on top. Keep refrigerated.
Makes 12 servings.
