Quick Cherry Cheesecake
Quick, easy and delicious cheesecake baked in a ready-to-use graham cracker crust and topped with cherry pie filling.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon into crust.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
