Sparkling Peach Raspberry Melba

No recipe image available.For a special treat, serve in champagne or wine goblets and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (11.5-ounce) can Peach KERNS® from LIBBY'S Refrigerated All Nectar, chilled
Sparkling water, chilled
1 cup frozen raspberries, puréed and strained

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine nectar and raspberry purée; divide between glasses. Fill each glass with ice; top with sparkling water.
