Celebrate freedom and the colors of Old Glory with this yummy 'patriotic' dessert pizza.

Stars and Stripes Cheesecake Pizza

Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon allspice

Filling:
1/2 cup melted butter
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Topping:
1 quart fresh strawberries (may substitute prepared pie filling)
1 (21-ounce) can prepared blueberry pie filling
Whipped cream
  1. For Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, allspice and butter until blended. Spread crumb mixture on bottom and sides of pizza pan, pressing firmly.
  2. For Filling: Gradually beat sugar into softened cream cheese. Beat in eggs and vanilla until entire mixture is smooth. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until firm. Set aside to cool.
  4. Top with fresh strawberries, arranging them in four rows; two rows down the center and one on each edge. Between the strawberry rows, fill in with prepared blueberry pie filling, leaving space between fruit rows for whipped cream stars or dollops.

Makes 12 servings.
