1/2 cup honey
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping or heavy cream
Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
Sliced strawberries (optional)
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the flavor as you like.
- Pour the mixture into stemmed glasses and chill before serving.
- Serve garnished with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and sliced strawberries, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
