A sugar cookie crust is drizzled with chocolate and topped with juicy strawberries. Store-bought cookie dough makes this quick and simple dessert a snap.

Strawberry Chocolate Truffle Pizza

1 (18-ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 cup milk or semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 14-inch pizza pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Cut cookie dough and press into pizza pan. Smooth dough together to form a crust with a 1/2-inch rim.
  3. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, combine chocolate chips and cream. Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds, or until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla. Drizzle over baked crust. Arrange strawberry halves on top. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes, before cutting into wedges to serve.

Makes 8 servings.
