A sugar-free almond cream cheese glaze for cookies and cakes.

Almond Cream Cheese Glaze

1/2 package (8-ounce size) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon Equal® for Recipes or 3 packets Equal® sweetener or 2 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful™
Skim milk
  1. Mix cream cheese, almond extract, Equal®, and enough milk to make medium glaze consistency.

Makes about 1/2 cup.

Nutrition Information Per Serving (about 11/2 teaspoons): 18 cal., 1 g pro., 1 g carbo., 1 g fat, 4 mg chol., 22 mg sodium.
