Apricot
and Cinnamon Fruit Dip
- 1 1/2 cups sliced apples
1 1/2 cups sliced bananas
6 peeled and chopped kiwis
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
6 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup nonfat Greek style yogurt
- Prepare and set the sliced
fruit aside
- Combine all ingredients
in a medium size mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Serve with apples, bananas,
kiwis and strawberries.
