Chilled Cherry Soup
- 3 cups fresh or frozen sweet cherries
, pitted
1/2 cup cherry juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
Fresh cherries
Orange strips
- Process first 7 ingredients in a blender
until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill
for 1 hour.
