Chilled Cherry Soup
Serve this sweet soup as a starter or as a light dessert.
3 cups fresh or frozen sweet cherries , pitted
1/2 cup cherry juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons Splenda® Granulated No Calorie Sweetener
Fresh cherries for garnish
- Process first 7 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
