Hot Chocolate
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder,
unsweetened
2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
8 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups nonfat milk
2 tablespoons grated unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix cocoa powder, nonfat
dry milk, SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener with Fiber and cinnamon
together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Pour milk into a small
sauce pan. Add grated chocolate, vanilla, and cocoa mixture.
Stir well, using a wire whisk.
- Cook over medium-high
heat until hot, whisking constantly, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.
