An easy to prepare marinade combining Equal, frozen orange juice concentrate and both lemon juice and peel. Gives fish and pork a new flavor twist.
Citrus Marinade
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed*
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful**
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pork or fish in glass container or resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
- Drain pork or fish. Grill, brushing with additional marinade as it cooks. Discard any remaining used marinade.
Makes 8 servings.
* Make remainder of concentrate into orange juice.
** May substitute 4 1/2 packets Equal sweetenerNutrition Information Per Serving:
