Have it your way – with less sugar. Cranberry sauce prepared with Equal®, that has no fat and 76% fewer calories than the traditional recipe. But the flavor is just as good.

Cranberry Sauce

2 cups (8-ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup Equal® Spoonful*
  1. Combine cranberries and water in medium saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until skins pop.
  2. Remove from heat; mash slightly. Stir in Equal®. Cover and chill.

Makes 6 servings.

* May substitute 16 packets Equal sweetener
