Crumb-Topped Baked
Apricots
- 3 cups crushed reduced fat buttery round
crackers (e.g., Ritz)
1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
3/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon molasses
1/3 cup reduced-calorie margarine, melted
3 (16-ounce) cans apricot halves in juice
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix cracker crumbs with SPLENDA® Granulated
Sweetener and ground cloves, then mix in molasses and melted
margarine.
- In an 8x12 inch baking pan, spread 1/2
apricots and top with 1/2 of the cracker crumb mixture. Repeat.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until bubbly
and hot.
