Fitness Shake

No recipe image available.Healthy, diabetic-friendly reduced fat and sugar banana yogurt shake.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups skim milk
2 medium-size ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup fat-free plain or banana yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes or 8 packets Equal® Sweetener or 1/3 cup Equal® Spoonful™
Ground cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients, except cinnamon, in blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

Makes 4 (8-ounce) servings.
