Creamy, sugar-free Italian dressing.

Italian Dressing

1/2 cup canola or olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon SPLENDA® Granular
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise (half the calories)
3 tablespoon water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until combined, approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into small pitcher or dressing cruet. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Shake or stir before pouring.

Makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings.
