Low-calorie broilied catfish seasoned with
lime juice, garlic and black pepper.
Lime Broiled Catfish
- 1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 catfish fillets (6-ounces each)
- Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in
lime juice, pepper and garlic powder; mix well. Remove from the
heat and set aside.
- Place fillets in a shallow baking dish.
Brush each generously with lime sauce.
- Broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish
flakes easily with a fork. Transfer to a warm serving dish; spoon
pan juices over each fillet.
