A versatile dressing combining rice vinegar, oil, light soy sauce, fresh ginger and dark sesame oil. Toss with salad greens, grilled vegetables or pasta.

Oriental Sesame Dressing

1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger root
  1. Combine all ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and refrigerate, 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Use as a dressing for mixed salad greens, grilled vegetables or pasta.

Makes 8 servings.

* May substitute 4 1/2 packets Equal sweetener
