Peach Melba Smoothie
This breakfast smoothie is a sweet and tangy blend of yogurt, peaches and raspberries.
2 (15-ounce each) cans sliced lite peaches, in extra light syrup
1 cup raspberries, frozen, unsweetened
1/4 cup Splenda® Granular
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Drain peaches. Freeze peaches in a plastic container for 20 minutes or until frozen.
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blender will be full.
- Mix on low speed for 10 seconds. Remove lid, stir with wooden spoon. Mix on medium speed for 15 seconds, remove lid and stir again. Mix on high speed for 15 to 20 seconds, or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes 5 (8-ounce) servings.
Note: Mixing times will vary depending on frozen state of fruit. Servings can slightly vary depending on size of fruit.
