A tangy mixture of pineapple juice and prepared barbecue sauce with a hint of soy sauce and ginger, that will add flavor appeal to grilled chicken or pork.

Pineapple-Orange Sauce

3/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
6 tablespoons pineapple juice concentrate*
1/4 cup Equal® Spoonful**
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons peeled grated ginger root
  1. Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour before using to allow flavors to blend.
  2. Brush on chicken or pork during last 10 minutes of grilling. Serve grilled meat with additional sauce spooned over each portion, if desired. Refrigerate any unused sauce.

Makes 10 servings.

* Make remainder of concentrate into pineapple juice

** May substitute 6 packets Equal sweetener
