A sweet/sour marinade that will both tenderize and flavor grilled chicken or pork. Easy to make, it has 25% less calories than a traditional recipe, thanks to Equal.

Pineapple-Wine Marinade

3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 cup bottled steak sauce (such as A1)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pork or chicken in glass container or resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate up to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
  2. Drain meat and grill, brushing with additional marinade as it cooks. Discard any remaining used marinade.

Makes 16 servings.

* May substitute 4 1/2 packets Equal sweetener
