Pumpkin Pie.

The traditional holiday recipe with 36% fewer calories. No one will miss the lost calories. Serve with light whipped topping.

Pumpkin Pie

Pastry for single-crust 9-inch pie
1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated fat-free milk
3 large eggs
3/4 cup Equal® Spoonful*
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Light whipped topping (optional)
  1. Roll pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted 9-inch pie plate. Ease pastry into plate; trim and flute edge.
  2. Beat pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs in mixing bowl on medium speed of mixer until well combined. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour over pastry shell.
  3. Bake in preheated 400°F (205°C) oven 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with light whipped topping, if desired.

Makes 8 servings.

* May substitute 18 packets Equal sweetener
