This recipe, when compared to a full sugar version, represents a 42% reduction in calories, a 50% reduction in total carbohydrates and a 60% reduction in sugar!!
Raspberry Tea Punch
- 1 quart water
6 bags raspberry flavored tea
2 bags English tea
2/3 cup SPLENDA® Granular
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 quart club soda
2 cups raspberries (fresh or individually quick frozen)
- Bring water to a boil. Pour into large heat resistant pitcher or bowl. Steep tea bags in hot water to make a strong tea. Remove tea bags. Add SPLENDA® Granular and chill two hours or until ready to serve.
- Just before serving add lemon juice, club soda and raspberries. Stir and serve immediately after adding soda.
Makes 11 (8-ounce) servings.
