Sassy Sweet and Sour Dressing (Diabetic)

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 3/4 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes or 6 packet Equal®sweetener or 1/4 cup Equal® Spoonful™
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth and well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 12 servings.

Variation: Substitute 1 tablespoon poppy sead for celery seed.
