Soy Milk Smoothie
- 3 cups nonfat plain or vanilla soy milk
1 banana, peeled and frozen, cut into pieces*
1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries or raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
1/2 cup Equal® Spoonful**
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor; cover. Process until smooth.
- Serve immediately in tall glasses. Garnish each with fresh mint and peach slice, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
* To freeze banana, peel and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in plastic bag, seal and freeze several hours.
