Reduced calorie spiced berry hot cider.

Spicy Berry Cider

4 cups apple cider or apple juice
1 (18-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups fresh raspberries or 2 cups frozen slightly sweetened raspberries
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 whole nutmeg
4 packets Equal® sweetener or 1 1/4 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes
  1. In a large saucepan combine apple cider or juice, pineapple juice, berries and spices; slowly bring mixture to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat; strain to remove seeds. Stir in Equal® sweetener . Serve in mugs. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick, if desired.

Makes 7 (8-ounce) servings.
