This sweet and tangy marinade for pork and chicken is flavored with mustard, apple juice and vinegar.

Sweet Mustard Marinade

1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pork tenderloin or chicken in a glass container or resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
  2. Drain pork or chicken and grill, brushing with additional marinade as it cooks. Discard any remaining used marinade.

Makes 8 servings.

* May substitute 3 packets Equal sweetener
