Tropical Fruit Dip

No recipe image available.Easy to assemble make-ahead dish, this dip can be used as an appetizer served with fresh fruit or as a dessert.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Equal® Spoonful*
1/2 cup light whipped topping, thawed if frozen
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pecan halves (optional)
Sliced fresh seasonal fruit for dipping

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese and Equal in mixing bowl on medium speed of mixer until smooth and well combined. Mix in whipped topping, coconut, nuts and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  3. Garnish with pecan halves, if desired. Serve with sliced fresh seasonal fruit.

Makes 16 (2 tablespoon) servings.

*May substitute 12 packets Equal sweetener
