Vanilla Ricotta Cream

Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat ricotta cheese, vanilla and Equal® in mixing bowl on medium speed of mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Use as a spread on scones or as a topping for fruit.

Makes 12 servings.

*May substitute 3 packets Equal sweetener
