Sausage Burgers

No recipe image available.Ground beef and sausage are combined with chopped onion and seasonings to make these moist and flavorful burgers. Serve with your favorite sandwich buns and condiments.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound bulk sausage
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl combine together sausage, ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder, until well blended.
  2. Divide evenly into 8 patties to thickness desired.
  3. Grill burgers over medium hot coals until well done.

Makes 8 servings.
