These meatballs are fun and easy made in
a muffin tin. Kids can make these as part of a family dinner.
Makes a great snack, a lunch, or a family dinner when served
with a green vegetable, hot rice, a fruit salad and dinner rolls.

Supper Meatballs
- 1 pound ground pork
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 large egg
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 cup milk
3 to 4 tablespoons ketchup
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Put pork in a large bowl,
add all other ingredients except ketchup. With clean hands, mix
together all ingredients thoroughlythis will take a few
minutes to make sure everything is well blended.
- Spoon equal portions into
8 muffin cups. Top each muffin with a teaspoon or so of ketchup.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Serve
warm with more ketchup if desired.
