Shepherd's Pie the Easy Way
This recipe for Shepherd's Pie the Easy Way was submitted by Sara of Washington.
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 (16-ounce) cans green beans, drained
2 (10-ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
4 cups mashed potatoes
- Brown meat and onions in a large skillet; drain.
- Layer meat, green beans and soup in lightly greased casserole dish.
- Top with mashed potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C) or until top is golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
