Three-Bean Casserole

1 pound lean ground beef or ground round
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped celery, optional
1 (15-ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can lima beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can chili-style beans in chili gravy
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup ketchup (or barbecue sauce or chili sauce)
1 to 2 tablespoons cider or white vinegar 1 teaspoon dry or cream mustard
  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a 3-quart saucepan or skillet. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
  4. Cover and bake in preheated 325 degree F oven 55 to 60 minutes.

Makes 6 to 10 servings.
