
Try these turkey tacos as a lighter alternative
to beef.
Turkey
and Bean Tacos
- 1 pound ground turkey
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
1 (7-ounce) can diced green chiles
1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (12-count) package taco shells, warmed

- Toppings: shredded lettuce,
shredded mild cheddar cheese, sour cream, taco sauce
- Brown turkey until no
longer pink; drain. Stir in beans, chiles and seasoning mix.
- Fill taco shells with
turkey mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and taco
sauce.
