Turkey Meatloaf Marinara
This moist, easy to make Italian-style turkey meatloaf is bursting with flavor and sure to become a family favorite.
2 pounds Butterball® Fresh All Natural Ground Turkey (85/15)
1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup minced onion
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
6 cups cooked and hot Uncle Ben's White Rice
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly combine all ingredients except marinara sauce and rice.
- Spoon mixture into lightly sprayed 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let meatloaf rest 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve with heated marinara sauce and rice.
