These flavorful turkey
and rice burgers are a tasty alternative to beef burgers.
Turkey
Rice Burgers
- 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup grated onion
1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
- In a large bowl combine
ground turkey, cooked rice, grated onions, chili sauce, beaten
egg, Worcestershire sauce, crushed garlic clove, salt, and pepper;
mix well.
- Shape the mixture into
8 patties.
- Grill the patties for
12 to 14 minutes on each side.
Makes 8 servings.
