The kids can make this easy, no-bake cream-filled sandwich cookie, pudding and whipped topping snowman dessert with minimum supervision.

Cookies & Cream Snowman Dessert

2 cups milk
1 (3.25-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding and pie fillng
30 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies - divided use
1 (8-ounce) tub nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 baby carrot
1 piece red string licorice
  1. In a medium bowl combine milk and pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  2. Line 8-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap. Arrange 14 of the cookies in bottom of pan; spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture over cookies. Repeat layers of 14 cookies and remaining pudding mixture; cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
  3. Uncover. Invert onto serving plate; remove plastic wrap. Frost with whipped topping.
  4. Decorate face with remaining 2 cookies for the "eyes" and the carrot for "nose". Cut licorice string to form the "mouth".

Makes 10 servings.
