Thick and luscious, vanilla
cream-filled sandwich cookies and eggnog are blended together
until smooth and served topped with additional cookie crumbs
and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Cookies
'N Cream Eggnog
- 14 vanilla cream-filled
sandwich cookies - divided use
- 1 quart (4 cups) prepared
eggnog
Sweetened whipped cream
- Ground nutmeg for garnish
(optional)
- Crumble 4 cookies; set
aside.
- Place eggnog and 10 cookies
in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 8 glasses; top
with a dollop of whipped cream and divide reserved cookie crumbs
evenly between the glasses.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg,
if desired.
Makes 8 servings.
