This is an easy-to-make dessert that kids will find fun to do and yummy to eat!

Easter Bunny Patch Dessert

1 (10.75-ounce) package frozen pound cake, thawed and cut into 10 slices
1 (21-ounce) can pie filling, any flavor
1 (8-ounce) tub nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1/2 teaspoon water
Few drops green food coloring
1 12 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Assorted jelly beans and other Easter candies and decorations
  1. Line the bottom of 12 x 8-inch baking dish with cake slices. Top with pie filling. Spread with whipped topping.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  3. Meanwhile, mix 1/2 teaspoon water with a few drops of food coloring in resealable plastic bag; add the coconut; seal bag and shake until coconut is evenly tinted.
  4. To Decorate: Sprinkle tinted coconut over whipped topping. Decorate dessert with jelly beans, Easter candies and decorations as desired.
  5. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 12 to 15 servings.
