These 'spookily cute' Halloween-themed
cookies are as much fun to make as they are to eat!

Ghost Cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate
chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening
12 oblong shaped vanilla cream-filled sandwich cookies
24 miniature chocolate chips
- Microwave chocolate and
shortening in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes,
stirring after 45 seconds. Stir until chips are completely melted.
- Coat the cookies with
melted chocolate. Place on a sheet of wax paper and position
two miniature chocolate chips for the "ghostly" eyes.
- Let stand until chocolate
is set.
Makes 6 servings, 2 cookies
each.
